In October 2005, SnowPure purchased the Electropure EDI division from Electropure Inc, acquiring the industry’s most advanced water purification technology. SnowPure is private and independent.

SnowPure continues its policy of selling Electropure EDI modules to OEM Pure Water System Integrators, and supporting them. SnowPure will not compete with its customers, and will not sell to end-users. The company plans to pursue accelerated development of new EDI products and other leading edge water purification and treatment technologies.
