Excellion™ Membrane Products by SnowPure

SnowPure's ion exchange membrane product line (tradename Excellion™) includes proprietary, patented, new heterogeneous membranes. These membranes may be used for electrodialysis, electrodeposition paint processes and general electrochemical separations. SnowPure has received several US and foreign patents for its new membrane and process.

SnowPure has the capability to custom-formulate and manufacture ion exchange membranes. We also offer our facility and membrane laboratory on a contract basis for special applications and products.

Standard Products

  • Cation: I-100 (Strong acid functionality, supplied as Na+ form)
  • Anion: I-200 (Strong base, Type I functionality, supplied as Cl- form)

Custom Membrane Formulations

  • SnowPure is both willing and able to custom-formulate and Manufacture ion-exchange membranes for our customers.

Features

  • Excellion™ is made with a non-solvent process, so there is zero residual solvent.

  • Binder is polypropylene.
